When you bring your dog in:

Warm Introduction: We start by introducing ourselves and coordinating a smooth handover.
Tailored Comfort: Every dog is unique, so we adjust the introduction to make them comfortable. You’re welcome to watch the process.
Calm Environment: Your dog’s head may rest on our lap, or we use gentle wrapping techniques for smaller dogs. To reduce stress, we apply a holistic calming spray, Peaceful Remedy, from Just About Pets Wellness Centre.

Cleaning Procedure

Plaque Removal: We remove larger plaque deposits manually.
Scaling: We clean the teeth surfaces, avoiding the gumline, using a scaler (manual or ultrasonic).
Breaks for Comfort: Cleaning alternates between 1-minute sessions and 2-minute breaks.
Polishing & Brushing: After cleaning, we use specialized tools and holistic mouthwash (Oral Spray) for polishing.

Duration: Most appointments take under an hour, with around 30 minutes spent on the cleaning itself. . 🐶✨
